Surya Namaskar comes first in any yoga, because without Surya Namaskar, yoga is not complete, so do Surya Namaskar for at least 4-5 minutes.

SURYA NAMASKAR 

FORWORD BANDS

You have to slowly move your upper body forward. Do the head down and push your hands towards your feet. Take your breath slowly and keep your hands straight.

UPWORD DOG POSE

Lie on your stomach and keep both the arms extended by the side of the body. Keep your legs absolutely straight and rest your fingers on the mat.

low lung yoga 

Keeping one leg forward, pushing the left leg back, raising the left hand forward, raising the right hand. Remember that stay in this position for few minutes.

CHILD'S POSE

In this yoga, sit down and touch your feet with your hands and try to lie down your head on your knees.Do this few minutes

CROPSE POSE

In this yoga, lie down straight and leave your body loose and try to breathe slowly, do this for 5-6 minutes.

LEGS UP THE WALL POSE

To do this yoga, with the help of a wall, keep your feet straight on it and keep your hands straight. Do this minimum 5 minutes

TRIKONASANA

vMake both your hands in an X shape and move one leg forward and the other leg backward.Make sure hold this position few minutes.
