MALVIKA'S FITNESS AND DIET 

Malvika has a slim, toned figure in the B-town. Take a peek inside her epic fitness and diet routine which she swears by to maintain her fitness.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Malvika do functional training for about 45 minutes which includes jump squats, kettlebell swings, jump, lunges etc 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES 

To keep herself fit, the actress also incorporates some physical activities into her daily workout routine like skating, jogging or running.

LUNCH & DINNER

Her lunch consists of simple home-cooked food i.e. dal, sabzi, roti or rice. For dinner, she prefers porridge with  a lot of fruits.

NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER

She avoids sweetener due to her strict and controlled diet. Instead, she eats fruits to satisfy her sweet cravings. 

Malvika usually starts her day with a cup of black coffee and ghee. Moreover, she likes eating malai in the morning.
